Workshops & Webinars

We can offer you or your school access to workshops that focus on things like growing the aspirations of rural young people, igniting student voice, or even shedding light on after school pathways.

Our workshops have included information sessions about further study, panels where inspirational rural people can answer questions about their journey, leadership or student voice workshops held in schools, presentations where rural people go back to the community they grew up in to share their story.

These workshops can take place in person, online or sometimes both.

An example of this is a workshop we ran with Canowindra High School. The Rural Inspire team worked with NSW Rural Youth Ambassadors to facilitate a workshop with Canowindra students which worked to explore their aspirations, build a strong student voice, and identify creative ideas to improve education in their community.

The Rural Inspire team also ran a workshop on Arrernte Country in Alice Springs for the Northern Territory Department of Education. The aim of the day was to inspire Year 9-10 students to become leaders in their schools and communities.
